So… how healthy is your community, really? Wouldn’t it be great if there was a central repository that provided a revealing snapshot of how the health of your community is influenced by where we live, learn, work and play.

There is! The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation provides county-by-county data to help you understand how healthy your county is and explore factors that drive the health of your community. This important data can provide a starting point for change in communities.

In addition to providing the raw data as it relates to overall health and health outcomes, the RWJF county health rankings resource also provides a road map for communities to determine what environmental factors can be addressed to improve the health for all members of a community… essentially addressing a significant piece of the livability puzzle.
